Returns & Exchanges
Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily NOT allow returns or exchanges on items. All items are FINAL SALE.
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a picture to Customerservice@tpeboutique.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice (invoice number & email address).

Please note the following items are final sale and CAN NOT be returned for store credit:
- Sale styles
- Worn styles
- Washed styles
- Any styles with a scent, deodorant, and holes
The Purple Elixir Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns if it does not meet our policy guidelines. Orders that are refused will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you.
